Orders are delivered via the Nova Poshta delivery service.• Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Orders are dispatched on business days — Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.
We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Shipments are made daily on weekdays.

Important: When receiving your order at a Nova Poshta branch, please inspect the parcel carefully. If you are collecting your order from a parcel locker, make sure to document any damage (photos, video) directly at the locker. All shipments are insured for the total value of the order. If any damage occurs during transportation and is confirmed, you will receive compensation. Once the order is received, the store is no longer responsible for the item’s completeness or condition.
Self-pickup is not available. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.
We are not responsible for the operation of the WayForPay payment system. If the payment does not reach our account, the order will not be shipped, and no refunds will be issued.
Please note: In the event of force majeure or similar unforeseen circumstances (e.g., escalation of military activity in Kyiv and/or Kyiv region due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation or other military conflicts), or in case of disruptions such as power outages, water supply issues, heating interruptions, or loss of internet or mobile network access in Kyiv, Kyiv region, or at the recipient’s location — shipping times may be delayed.
